Understand what “free cancellation” means for the offer in front of you.
Find the exact deadline
Open the conditions for the selected offer. Record the last cancellation date, time and stated time zone, and the charge after that deadline. A “free cancellation” label may apply only until a specified point before arrival.
Separate changes from cancellations
A changeable booking is not necessarily refundable. A date change may still involve a fare difference or a new room price. Check no-show terms and whether cancelling one part affects other parts of the trip.
Keep a record and contact the booking provider
Save the confirmation and the conditions displayed at purchase. Use the cancellation channel in that confirmation and keep the resulting acknowledgement. TopBookingSite does not hold reservations or process refunds.
